You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, as long as your license key has not been activated on any domain.
Once Activated = No Refund
The moment your license key is activated on a domain, the refund window closes — regardless of how many days have passed.
Non-Refundable
Promotional/discounted purchases (including PBX Expo deals), activated licenses, City Add-On Packs that have been applied, Red Carpet services once work has begun, and renewed support subscriptions.
How to Request
Email support@badboothsites.com with subject "Refund Request — [Order Number]" within 7 days. We verify eligibility within 2 business days.
