After purchasing, download the plugin ZIP file from your BadBoothSites account. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, select the ZIP file, and click Install Now. Once installed, click Activate, then run the Setup Wizard to configure your site.
No. Each license is valid for one domain only. The license is bound to the domain you activate it on. If you need multiple sites, you'll need to purchase a separate license for each. Contact us for multi-license discounts.
Snapshot ($499): 1 location page, 10 gallery images, basic setup. Portrait ($999): 3 location pages, 20 gallery images, custom colors & hero. Studio ($1,499): 5 location pages, unlimited gallery, full SEO suite, custom CSS. Red Carpet (custom): unlimited everything, done-for-you setup, professional copywriting.
Location pages are individual SEO-optimized pages for each city you serve (e.g., "Photo Booth Rental in Pasadena"). Each tier includes a set number: Snapshot gets 1, Portrait gets 3, Studio gets 5, Red Carpet gets unlimited. Need more? You can purchase City Add-On Packs.
City Add-On Packs let you add additional location pages beyond your tier's included amount. They're available in packs and are activated through your license dashboard. Great for expanding into neighboring cities and regions.
Snapshot includes 10 gallery images, Portrait includes 20, and Studio/Red Carpet get unlimited. The homepage gallery section displays up to 8 images with a lightbox viewer. You can manage images through the WordPress Media Library.
No. Your license grants you the right to use what the code produces on your authorized domain — the rendered website, pages, and visual elements. The source code remains the exclusive property of BadBoothSites LLC. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Go to Jeesh → Settings → Integrations, enter your booking URL (CheckCherry, Calendly, Square, etc.), and all "Book Now" buttons will automatically link to your booking page. Studio+ tiers can embed the full booking widget.
Absolutely. All Jeesh sites are fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop. We test across all major browsers and screen sizes.
After your included support period expires, continued access to product updates, security patches, and email support requires an annual subscription at $99/year. Your site continues to work without it, but you won't receive new features or updates.
We offer a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided your license key has NOT been activated on any domain. Once activated, the refund window closes. Promotional purchases (including PBX Expo deals) are final sale. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Contact form submissions from your website are delivered to this inbox automatically. You can also access webmail from the "Your Email" card on your Jeesh Dashboard.
